How to beat MBAPU in Sansad Showdown

MBAPU is the boss tile on the select screen. The quest line reads “3 NETA LAGATAAR HARAO,” with three progress dots. Win three matches in a row. Lose once and the streak returns to zero. After the unlock, the line becomes “MBAPU KI PARIKSHA,” and you tap the tile to fight.

Two ways through the fight

  1. Fighting route: stay close so the heal timer stays off. Tariff Taau (1.10) and MitraMan (1.08) deal the most damage per hit. Spend a full SHAKTI meter on your 30% super. If MBAPU starts the 40% super, create space.
  2. Quiet route: stay within range and do not punch, kick, or super. The meter needs 20 seconds. Block five of the boss attacks. A hit you take removes 2.5 seconds. The clear card reads “BINA HAATH UTHAYE JEET GAYE” and “SATYAGRAHA KI JEET.” The quest then shows a peace mark and “SHANTI DOOT.”

What usually goes wrong

I am not ranking a “best” fighter here. The damage multipliers are on the character table. MBAPU’s own walk is 2.3 and damage multiplier is 1.05 once unlocked, and the boss can then be picked as 1P or CPU.

Questions

How do I unlock MBAPU?

Win three matches in a row. The select screen tracks it as 3 NETA LAGATAAR HARAO. One loss clears the streak.

Why does the boss heal?

After three seconds without being hit, MBAPU regains 2.5 health per second, on top of 200 health and 0.8× damage taken.

Is the quiet clear real?

Two sources agree: the public build’s rules, and the ending card in Pabtheman’s video. I do not have a third write-up.
